Dhuanne Dodrill B.S.
Dhuanne Dodrill has over 30 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry and at Rollprint, Dhuanne has worked in a variety of technical, quality assurance, and management positions. She is the chair of ASTM’s Committee F02 on Flexible Barrier Packaging, serves on the Board of Directors of the Flexible Packaging Association, is on the Executive Committee of the Sterilization Packaging Manufacturers Council, is active with IoPP’s Medical Packaging Task Group and AAMI Technical Committee 198, Sterilization, Working Group 7, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Summit Insurance. Dhuanne has her bachelors in chemical engineering with honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Doug Dodrill B.S.
VP of Technology
Doug Dodrill has been with Rollprint for over 30 years. He received his mechanical engineering degree from the University of Illinois. Doug is a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, a member of TAPPI, both on the Extrusion Coating Committee and running the Extrusion Coating short course. Doug’s specialty is new product development and he has won numerous awards for his products including, 3 Highest Achievement Awards. He is also a speaker at many packaging events and has a patent pending.
Dwane Hahn B.S., M.S.
VP of Sales and Marketing
Dwane Hahn has been at Rollprint for over 20 years. He received his bachelors from Texas Tech University and his masters of science in technology commercialization at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas Austin, graduating at the top of his class. Dwane has helped lead Rollprint through the recession, exceeding growth expectations and revenue targets. Dwane also sits as top industry consultant for the Editorial Board of Healthcare Packaging. In addition, Dwane is an award-winning mentor for the McCombs Business School at University of Texas for a new tech product team and a a mentor for Texas Tech Kinetic Accelerator Program. He is also a member of Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) and Internal Federation of Fly Fishers (IFFF).
Dr. Henk Blom M.S., Ph.D.
Director of Technical Services
Dr. Henk Blom has been with Rollprint for over 5 years, with over a decade of experience at Baxter Healthcare. He attended the University of Waterloo where he received his master’s degree in inorganic chemistry and his doctorate in polymer chemistry and engineering. Dr. Blom is an active member of F02 (Flexible Barrier Materials) Committee of ASTM, he has served on the Board of Directors for 3 divisions of SPE (Medical Packaging, Failure Analysis and Prevention, and Flexible Packaging), and was most recently elected Chair of the Technical Committee of the Sterilization Packaging Manufacturers Council (SPMC). He also holds 3 patents, has written over 20 peer-reviews articles, and speaks at numerous conferences and webinars.
VP of Manufacturing
Joe Miceli has been the VP of Manufacturing for over 20 years and has over 35 years of experience at Rollprint. He began his career at Rollprint as the Quality Assurance Manager giving him unique insight into the needs and requirements of our customers in highly regulated industries. Joe is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and uses his expertise in lean manufacturing to help drive Rollprint’s continuous improvement activities. Committed to giving back to the community, Joe is a Boy Scout Leader and also works with a Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club. In his free time he is a private pilot and also plays trumpet in a community band.
Mike Johnson B.S., M.B.A, CPA, CMA
Mike Johnson has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including 5 years at Continental Can Company and more than 10 years at Rollprint. With his extensive manufacturing experience, he has led many companies out of financial turmoil and back into a profitable state. He holds an accounting degree from Eastern Illinois University and a masters of business from DePaul University. Mike is a certified public accountant and certified management accountant. He is an active member of the Illinois CPA Society and Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
Debra Kinder B.S., CQE, CRE
Director of Quality
Debra Kinder has been with Rollprint for over 5 years. Debra is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) from the American Society of Quality (ASQ). She has presented on her co-authored paper Using Cost of Quality Measures for Bottom Line Improvements at QuEST’s Forum’s 4th Annual Best Practices Conference with Avi Vaidya, Ph.D. She received her bachelors of science in mechanical engineering at the University of Illinois.
