Rollprint announces management promotions

Addison, IL — October, 2004 — Dhuanne Dodrill has been named president and chief operating officer of Rollprint Packaging Products, Inc. Dhuanne joined the company in 1984 and has held a variety of positions—most recently as executive vice president (since 2002).

She brings more than twenty years of flexible packaging experience to the position including technical, quality assurance and management. During her tenure, she has spearheaded several technical flexible packaging innovations in the healthcare, food and industrial markets.

Dhuanne is a member of the Flexible Packaging Association’s Sterilization Packaging Manufacturers Council and is active with ASTM F02 Committee of Flexible Barrier Materials and the Institute of Packaging Professionals’ Medical Packaging Task Group. She has a B.S. (with honors), Chemical Engineering, University of Illinois.

Doug Dodrill has been promoted to vice president of technology. He heads all research and development activities including ongoing resin and extrusion projects and machinery acquisition. Doug had been Rollprint’s director of extruded products since 2000 and is a member of TAPPI and the American Society for Quality. He joined the company in 1990 and has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois.

Additionally, Tony Paolino, also with twenty years of flexible packaging experience, has been promoted to director of sales and marketing.

Robert Dodrill retains his position as Rollprint’s chairman and chief executive officer and continues to be active in the company’s daily operations.
