Rollprint is a technology-driven company and as such has a highly skilled and experienced group of engineers and scientists to ready to work with you on new programs or on the challenges that you face with existing programs.

Situated in our Addison facility, Rollprint's R&D lab has the equipment and the know-how to perform a vast array of analytical procedures. Testing and analysis include structure identification, moisture and oxygen barrier verification, extensive heat seal strength characterization, rheology characterization, thermal stability, autoclave cycle development, shelf life testing and much more.

Rollprint’s prototype lab is where concept packages can be made to present to marketing or simply to help visualize ideas. Our pilot laminator and pilot printing press facilitate our product development process, allowing for laboratory laminations and printed structures up to 9" wide.
