When your product needs more than just a moderate barrier to oxygen and moisture transmission, Rollprint's foil laminates will help you feel secure
with an ultra-high barrier package. Rollprint produces both extrusion and adhesive laminated foil materials for all packaging applications. Rollprint
offers laminations incorporating aluminum foil layers from 0.0003" to 0.008".
We understand that your product may require other unique features. In addition to our standard products, Rollprint is pleased to produce custom foil orders to meet specific requirements. We offer foil pouches and rollstock for retort/autoclave, gamma, e-beam and even foil header pouches for ETO sterilization. Rollprint's foil lidding materials can incorporate sealant layers suitable for sealing to and peeling from any rigid tray. Furthermore, our forming grade foils will help insure that your sensitive products remain stable during their storage lifetime.
